SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½

Dr. Ogechi Adeola is the Associate Dean of Business Administration for SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½. She holds a doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Manchester Business School, UK; an MBA from the same institution and a law degree from the SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ of Nigeria. She attended management and teaching courses at Cranfield School of Management, UK; the Flexcube Centre of Learning, Mumbai, India; Gordon School of Business Science, SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ of Pretoria, South Africa; Phoenix Educational Institute, Dubai and International Faculty Programme (IFP), IESE, Barcelona, Spain. She is a Visiting International Fellow at the Open SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ Business School, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom (2016) and a 2017 Paul R Lawrence Fellow, USA.

Adeola has an impressive professional background in both academia and banking. She commenced her career at Citibank Nigeria, in 1995. She has acquired over 19 years experience in the financial services/consulting/education sector with approximately 14 years in the Nigerian financial sector during which she garnered experience in strategy, product development, sales and marketing, cultural change management amongst others.

Currently, Adeola is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½, Nigeria. Her academic interests include sales force management, new product development, branding strategy and customer service leadership. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
