Ilene Frank
Adjunct Librarian, Hillsborough Community College
Ms. Ilene Frank is the Adjunct Librarian at Hillsborough Community College. Prior to joining UoPeople, Ms. Frank was a reference librarian at the SAʴý of South Florida (USF) from 1974 to 2009, when she retired with professor emerita status.
Ms. Frank began teaching online courses in 1996 as an adjunct for the USF School of Library and Information Science. She developed a course on “Library Services for Distance Learners” and continues to teach online courses for SAʴý of Maryland SAʴý College.
Ms. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Library Science from the SAʴý of Michigan, in addition to a Bachelors degree with a major in painting from the SAʴý of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in painting from the SAʴý of South Florida.
