Adil F., Business Administration, Morocco

Adil F. was raised in a small Amazigh village called Talat N’yaacoub, not far from Marrakesh, Morocco, in a close-knit community. He remembers it fondly as a melting pot of cultures, languages, and traditions.

鈥淭he beautiful landscapes, the warm hospitality, and the enchanting history of our land instilled in me a deep love for my country,鈥 he says.

As a rapidly growing and emerging market, Morocco offered immense potential for businesses to thrive. With his knowledge of diverse and nuanced local cultures, Adil was confident he could create a business that appealed to customers across these groups. All he needed was the business skills offered by a formal education, so he decided to earn his bachelor鈥檚 in business administration at SA国际传媒.

Adil feels passionately about the world of marketing. 鈥淭he art of creating value for customers, building strong relationships with them, and understanding consumer behavior captivates me,鈥 he says. 鈥淚鈥檓 glad to be learning all of this as part of my curriculum here and I am sure these skills will come in handy when I build my own business.鈥

According to Adil, his program at UoPeople provides a strong foundation for understanding the intricacies of the business world, equipping him with the skills necessary to make a tangible impact on the organizations he aims to be a part of.

鈥淭he broad knowledge base allows me to explore various aspects of business, identify my areas of interest, and develop a well-rounded understanding of how different functions contribute to the overall success of a company,鈥 he adds.

UoPeople’s innovative online learning model allows him unmatched flexibility, enabling him to balance his studies with other personal and professional commitments. The diverse peer group at UoPeople is one of his favorite aspects. He says UoPeople鈥檚 commitment to breaking down barriers to higher education for students around the world deeply resonated with him.

Adil wants to see the state of education improve in his country, which is why he chose to earn an additional bachelor鈥檚 degree in education and is teaching at Sultan Moulay Slimane SA国际传媒. Although it can be challenging for him to manage time for both degrees, he takes things one day at a time and relies chiefly on his self-discipline in meeting daily targets.

鈥淚 want to give back to my community and contribute positively to my nation’s development,鈥 he says.

Adil鈥檚 zeal to transform the Moroccan landscape both in terms of business and education is truly inspirational. We wish him all the very best in his future endeavors.
